SUMMER UPDATE
Summer sessions run from July 14 - August 25, 2026 at the Ladner location only. Summer sessions have been moved to the Douglas J Husband Discovery Centre (4450 Clarence Taylor Crescent), and will return to Harris Barn in the fall.
Baby Daze at the North Delta location is paused for the summer season due to space limitations, but will return in Fall 2026.
Baby Daze is a free weekly workshop for new parents and their babies (between newborn and 11 months). Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a weekly information session with a public health nurse to discuss topics of interest to new parents.
These 2-hour sessions are free and will be held in person. No pre-registration is required. View the topics below.

Our Registered Clinical Counsellor, Janelle, is a local South Delta mom with over a decade of counselling experience, specializing in perinatal mental health.
Her professional work and lived experience raising two children shape her compassionate, down-to-earth approach in supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
